Artist/band is to make arrangements for Chris to enter the venue or event site at no cost at least one (1) hour prior to the doors opening to the public. This allows Chris time to plan out photos, go over last minute details and store his gear. If backstage passes are needed, please make arrangements for Chris to receive one.

Raw/unedited files are not included.

Photos are delivered in large-format via Dropbox) Artist/band are responsible for their own downloads.

Final image selection and editing style are at photographer's discretion.

Band/artist may not apply additional filters or heavy edits to delivered content without express written consent from Chris Elrod.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book and secure the event. The remainder of the payment is due the day of the show prior to showtime.

Payments can be made via Venmo, money order, cashier’s check or cash. No personal checks.

i am based in Lakeland, Florida and travel within 90 miles is included in this package. Any travel beyond 90 miles will be charged 72.5 cents per mile and due upon the final payment.

Any parking fees, tolls, and overnight lodging (if required), is due upon final payment. Receipts will be provided where possible.

I am also available for multi-day events, tour, festivals, or full lineup shows. Please contact me for custom quote.

Chris Elrod retains the copyright and ownership of all photographs captured during the event, including all raw and edited files..

The band/artist is granted an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the photographs for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, print materials and public displays.

Photos used on merchandise, album covers, paid ads, resale, or third-party use require an extended commercial licensing fee which must be negotiated and paid before use. The fee(s) is based on usage and distribution.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations prior to 48 hours can reschedule for a different date. Deposit will be forfeited if you need to reschedule more than once, and you will need to pay a 2nd deposit.

Inclement Weather:
Cancellations day of show due to hurricanes, tropical storms, lightning or severe weather will not lose their deposit.
